**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized consultations to clients seeking tailored suits and formal attire.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Recommend complementary products and accessories to enhance the client's ensemble and optimize sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, referrals, and positive reviews.
- Stay informed about sales promotions, discounts, and incentives, and effectively communicate them to clients to drive sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team and in-house production team to identify opportunities for sales growth and contribute to the development of sales strategies, as well as innovation of new product development.
- Provide feedback to management on product performance, customer preferences, and market trends to inform business decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in menswear sales or fashion retail with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of menswear trends, fabrics, and tailoring techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for style and fashion.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
