**Job Description**:
**Primary Objectives**:

- Process day-to-day operations of International Payments team, both incoming and outgoing remittance.
- Handle less complicated queries from business on remittance related matters.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- All instructions submitted by internal stakeholders are accurately processed and released within the currency cut-off times.
- Perform end of day balancing for all incoming/outgoing payments with branches/bank notes.
- All incoming funds are promptly credited to customers’ accounts within currency cut off times.
- Customers’ queries and investigations are promptly looked into and satisfactorily responded to the customers.
- To mail out daily advices, order stationery and manage archival of documents to warehouse.
- Provide QC testing on Payments Screening Alerts dismissal that was done by our service provider.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Remittance operations at an established financial services institution.
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Possess SWIFT knowledge.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Know how to prioritize urgent work and when to escalate issues to superiors.
- Able to work under pressure.
