We are looking for a Senior Learning & Culture Manager to join our team

**As a Senior Learning & Culture Manager, we rely on you to**:
Create and drive multiple learning and keeping abreast of trends, needs, ideas and innovation, introducing and incorporating innovative and appropriate learning methodologies and technologies to facilitate learning and transformative development.
To drive and embed the group’s culture, beliefs and nature.
Able to facilitate and conduct internal trainings and orientations for new employees.
Ensures that induction and orientation for new employees are properly carried out.
Identify, establish and build network and partnerships with providers and partners and relevant government agencies on initiatives, grants and sponsorships.
PreparE of training budget, training plans and reports.
Develops internal training program based on training plan for the year.
Makes recommendations of internal and external teaching resources.
Manage the learning and development team and its structure to develop competencies of the team.
