**Basic: SGD 2800 - SGD 3800**
**Working Hour: Mon - Fri**
**8AM - 5.30PM**
**Location: Jalan Buroh**

**Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma in IT or related principles
- Min 3-5 years hand-on working experience in end-user support (hardware & software) environment;
- Knowledge of managing and configuring cloud services such as Azure AD, Office 365 services, Exchange services, Dymamics 365 and endpoint services
- Excellent troubleshooting skill, and setup experience in computer hardware
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Self-initiator on performing tasks
- Resourceful and responsive
- Configure and manage Microsoft Windows Server.
- Update server patches
- Users Account Administration Azure, Dynamics 365 and Microsoft office 365 suite
- Maintain and manage IT asset inventories (hardware and software).
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding IT-related matters.
- Server Administration and Network/Firewall/VPN maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors for the provision of end-user support.
- Procure and install IT equipment and services.
- Provides system documentation.
- Assist in the ad-hoc project and any other duties assigned
