Singapore PLANT ELECTRICAL INSTRUMENTATION PTE LTD Full time

**Job Description & Requirements**:
To make sure the electrical systems and equipment in the plant are running smoothly and safely.

Responsible for the design and maintenance of electrical systems for the chemical plant processes.

Ensure reliability of the system including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance.

Recommend solutions to problems and oversee the completion of repairs.

Provide technical assistance when necessary.

Ensure electrical system comply with the industry standards and codes.

Plan and execute large projects including installation of new and upgraded electrical and control systems in a plant.

Keeping abreast of the electrical technology and design changes and making improvement to system

Track repair and maintenance issues with plant electrical systems to ensure completion.

Evaluate current preventive/predictive maintenance programs to identify areas of improvement.

Review and document electrical system coordination studies.

Participate actively in safety programs and promote safety rules.

**Requirements**:
Degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Power and Electrical with 3 or more years of detailed engineering and design electrical works for refinery/gas/power projects in similar position

Fully familiar with international codes, standards and recommended practices standards like ANSI, IEC, IEEE, NEC, ISA, NEMA, CSA, UL, API etc.

Attention to deials, electrical systems knowledge, engineering principles, maintain equipment/instrument, troubleshooting, systems analysis and evaluation.

Ability to work efficiently and effectively when managing multiple tasks.

General knowledge of other related disciplines.

Effective oral and written communications and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively with the design team in the resolution of project related issues.

Must be self-motivated, results oriented, and be flexible to work well under tight schedules in a fast paced multi-disciplinary team environment.

**Fresh graduate in electrical/power engineering is welcome to apply. Training on the job will be provided.
