**Job Summary**
- Tender Planner reports to Kang teck.
- Generate inventory reports and monitor plant inventory, working closely with respective
- department who are contribute to the inventory, prevent excess and provide mitigation
- plan.

**Minimum Job Qualifications**
- 1. Tracking of incoming excess inventory and charge them out to relevent costholders2. Generate inventory reports/KPIs and analyze changes3. Work with keystake holders to work on opportunities to reduce activeinventory4. Conduct excess/slow moving inventory review meeting withMaterials/Engineering/Sales and Proposal5. Perform yearly/ monthly/quarterly inventory estimate to support financialrequirements6. Work closely with master data controller to fine tune mrp parameters to controlinventory building7. Support finance on obsolete inventory writeoff proposal and slow movinginventory provison projection8. Perform SAP inventory movement transactions9. Perform inventory analysis and identify trends/opportunities to decreaseinventory.10. Identify inactive inventory, report potential financial impact, pursue consumptionopportunities, and dispose of inventory in accordance with company policies.11. Identify root causes for excess and inactive inventory. Develop problemresolutions, create, and implement improvement projects, and measuresprogress.12. Coordinate with Finance and Manufacturing for WIP count
