1. Role Description:
Welders manage the machines that manufacture and repair metal structures, tools, and equipment. Trainee will plan layouts and measurements and testing welded surfaces.

2. Specific Responsibilities:
Individual to be involved in:
1.Trainee is to interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts. So as to get clear instructions to others. Trainee is to ensure workspace efficiency in new and existing production floor.

2.Trainee is to assess welded surfaces, structures and components to identify flaws. Trainee is to use specialized machinery for industrial welding and oversee machines that perform the same job. Trainee will set up components for welding according to specifications.

3.Trainee shall follow and enforce strict safety regulations such as wearing heat-resistant gloves, protective masks, and safety shoes. Trainee will monitor machinery for appropriate usage and temperature.

4.Trainee weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in different positions. Trainee will operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded, using the correct materials to join the metals together. Making sure finished work falls within the tolerances marked on the blueprints.

5.Trainee will learn how to impart and train future welder to duplicate and/or improve work skills. Trainee is to learn how to ensure future welders keep up to company's standard in regard to work.
