Party Specialist

Have you ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes of a party? Successfully executing a 2-3 hour party or event requires a lot of planning, research, analyzing, and passion

Mr Bottle’s Kids Party has created several themed parties and events with processes and we are looking for team members to run them at the party.

**We are looking for**:

- Full-time permanent party specialist (work 5 days a week inclusive of weekends)
- Full-time permanent party specialist (work only weekends and selected weekdays jobs [optional and to be discussed].)
- Part-time permanent party specialist (ad-hoc basis)

**What you will learn**:

- Learn how to deal with children while understudying with Mr Bottle.
- Learn how to set up décor and work with our Taiwan design team.
- Run our popular themed parties like mystery, science, lego, etc.
- Chance to create your own events which are in line with company’s core values.

**Requirements**:

- We are looking for people with a positive outlook and can interact with children very well. In other words, you should be comfortable standing in front of children to run workshops for them. (Not to perform magic as we have magicians or other specialist who do that.)
- As a party planner, we have many exclusive programme for our customers so the person must have a thirst for learning these to execute them properly for our customers.
- Most of our parties / events are on weekends so commitment to weekends is a must. (For full-timers working for 5 days, there will be a 3-day weekday work in which they prepare for the events.)

**Responsibilities**
- Empower others to make a difference.(N.B. We do work with youths at risk with schools so you will also learn how best to manage them.)
- Prepare and run our parties and events - eg. Set up decorations, run booths, coordinate the events, etc. - to ensure that customers’ expectations are met.
- Guide other part-timers (when you are more experienced)
- Coordinate projects with clients and suppliers / designers (full-timers)
- Sourcing for suppliers for our events. (full-timers)
- Getting quotations from suppliers and partners. (full-timers)
- Coordinate the logistics of events (full-timers)

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From $2,212.59 per month

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
