The Retail Sales Assistant / Senior is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting sales activities. By acting in accordance with Mizuno’s core values of **Fair Play, Fighting Spirit, and Friendship**, each individual is expected to contribute to the realization of **Mizuno Group’s Purpose and Vision**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries and purchases
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies
- Ensure shelves and displays are stocked, organized, and visually appealing
- Process transactions accurately.
- Record all daily purchases and report sales data to the office/management.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, document the details, and report them to the office/management for follow-up.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock status to management
- Identify and update management on fast-moving and slow-moving stock items.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store
- Support team members during busy periods and store events

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
