**Job Description**:

- Manage and oversee renovation projects as a Supervisor/General Foreman, ensuring work is completed according to specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and schedule workers, subcontractors, and material deliveries to ensure smooth project execution.
- Must be proficient in computer and microsoft software.
- Inspect and evaluate work done by workers and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Communicate and collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address project requirements, changes, and challenges.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including work schedules, progress reports, change orders, and material requisitions.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all workers and subcontractors.
- Troubleshoot construction-related issues and provide timely solutions to maintain project progress and quality.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of construction methods, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Keep updated on new materials, technologies, and trends in the field of renovation and construction.
- To be able to communicate with homeowners, ID and other sub-contractor to ensure smooth handover

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a renovation contractor or in a similar role, with a focus on supervision and project management.
- Hands-on working experience in managing workers and overseeing tasks related to false ceiling construction, partition wall construction, plumbing, electrical works, hacking, tiling, carpentry, and painting.
- Solid knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools required for the mentioned renovation tasks.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks and challenges.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools for efficient planning and tracking.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in various environments, including construction sites.
- Valid contractor's license and any other certifications or licenses required by local regulations will be an advantage
- Must be able to work in a fast pace environment and have a growth mindset
