**Position Summary**:
Help build and establish a robust compliance programme to ensure their business is in adherence with MAS guidelines and regulations. Reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organisation.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide sound, coherent and commercially minded compliance advice and support on all matters relating to the organisation’s set-up as well as daily operations.

2. Build strong regulatory relationships with MAS and other regulatory bodies in championing the adoption of best industry standards.

3. Review and provide recommendations on the compliance aspects and considerations for the development and deployment of new products and services as well as any key business initiatives.

5. Draft compliance manuals and processes.

**Experience & Education**:

- 5-8 years' direct experience in Asset Management industry, law firms or compliance consulting firms with sound knowledge of current regulatory environment and familiar with Securities and Futures Act, Financial Advisers Act and related legislation and MAS rules/regulations;
- Degree, preferably in Law, Finance, Accounting, or relevant disciplines and/or equivalent practical experience;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Self-motivated and responsible.

**Salary**: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
