**Export Compliance Consultant/Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- To implement and monitor import/export policies, procedures in compliance with the Customs Act of the revelant Countries and authorities.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stalkholders on regulatory/liscensing changes relating to compliance matters by the exporting country.
- Implement best practices to ensure the status, documentation of all export controlled items within the company
- Maintain complete records for internal audit and relevant authorities audit.
- Plan and organize export compliance training, seminar and exhibitions.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience and knowledge of the Singapore Strategic Good (Control) Act and U.S. Export Control Regulations (ITAR, EAR, etc.)
- Experience in the area of export controls of technology systems or regulated tech industries.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
