IT Assistant

**INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) ASSISTANT (JUNIOR)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with IT infrastructure
- Assist to maintain equipment, involving hardware, software, and systems
- Diagnose network and system problems and react to failures and errors to maintain system integrity and performance
- Installs and setup necessary software and hardware/peripherals
- Provides users with 1st level support, hardware, software and technical support
- Ensure all daily tasks or processes are successful
- Any other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in IT or related fields with at least 1 year of troubleshooting experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to start work at short notice
- Only Singaporeans need apply
