**Role Summary**

We are looking for an Enterprise Data Functional Lead to lead the Aladdin and BNYM MO services implementation for portfolios, securities, private assets and other related data across front to middle office. This includes ensuring all data configurations are accurate and efficiently setup and maintained for go-live across 18 locations and multiple Target Operating models.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Acts as the Workstream Lead for a team of Data Analysts.
- Lead/ actively participate in Data Configuration, Data Flow & Data Alignment activities for Aladdin and BNYM MO services implementation.
- Define and implement Business Process Reengineering & Target Operating Model for Data Team.
- Ensure accurate and efficient Data setup & data configuration in new systems.
- Lead UAT, Parallel and Production Catch-up for Data Team leading up to Go-Live.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relevant fields.
- Minimally 10 - 15 years of strong experience in data configurations and data flow from a client-side implementation of Aladdin and MO Outsourcing Services, which includes portfolio, securities, asset classification, pricing, index and other data related configuration.
- Ensure our vendors deliver as per their agreed scope and to our clients’ expectations on data configuration and TOM implementation.
- Ability to identify major obstacle/ findings and raise challenges on data configuration, data flow and TOM that may not be best practices and/or aligned with the Project New Star objectives. This includes providing recommendation in the best interest of the client.
- Expert in coordinating and representing Data stream in cross-functional and cross-entities involving various businesses and IT processes to ensure successful roll-out of Project New Star objectives.
- Deliver good quality artefacts promptly to support decision making required by stakeholders.
- Manages the work and tasks for Data Analysts under the Data work stream.
- Must have experience in delivering Target Operating Model (TOM) from Data and Technical stream aspect in previous organization.
- 10 - 15 years of experience in Investment Data team and/ or related projects. This should cover market data, reference data, transaction data and trade lifecycle data (Plus).
- Advantage if familiar with Blackrock’s Aladdin, BNYMellon’s Eagle, Refinitiv and Bloomberg data (Plus).
- Excellent oral and communication skill to be able to manage Data Analyst team, users, technical teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders (Plus).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve configuration-related issues (Plus).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work (Plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities (Plus).
