**Roles & Responsibilities**
Support project team & managers in preparing quotations to clients and tender submission
Collaborating with vendors & suppliers in securing cost submissions
Submission of relevant documents such as worker name list, RA,etc before commencing of project
Submit monthly PO report and ensure smooth flow of project administrative function
Coordinate and Issuing of Invoices / DO / PO as request from the relevant Team
Submission of project progress claims and follow through on invoices
Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes
Other ad-hoc duties when assigned by superiors
**Requirements**:
Min. O level or Degree
Independent, disciplined and able to work under pressure
Good communication & writing skills to liaise with clients
At least 1 year experience in administrative
Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Application
