**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Daily Childminding Routines**: Manage feeding, diaper changing, bathing, and dressing.
- ** Napping & Sleeping Arrangements**: Organize schedules and maintain safe sleep practices, including SIDS prevention.
- ** Health & Safety**: Maintain a clean and secure environment by consistently following operational SOPs and safety guidelines.
- ** Developmental Activities**: Conduct age-appropriate activities that support sensory, motor, and cognitive milestones.
- ** Parent Communication**: Provide regular updates on each child's daily progress and well-being, maintaining supportive partnerships with families.
- ** Adaptability**: Adjust routines and activities to meet the changing developmental needs of infants and toddlers.

**Qualifications**:
