Hatch is the world's leading aquaculture accelerator and early-stage investment firm with offices in Norway, Ireland, the US, and Singapore.
We are looking for a Program Associate to join our dynamic team. Our goal is to develop the next generation of aquaculture innovation through a rigorous and relevant accelerator program that provides the knowledge, industry network, and insights. This new role is part of the Hatch Programs team, and will work closely with the 3 other internal business units, namely Hatch Innovation Services, Hatch Investments, and The Fish Site.

**Key responsibilities**:
Based in Singapore, you will be part of the Hatch Blue team and act as work with the Program Director to:
- Assist with the organization and administration of the global aquaculture accelerator program including meetings with industry partners, mentor sessions, startup logistics, farm visits, and events etc
- Plan and coordinate local events such as fireside chats, workshops or industry meetings
- Maintain a local aquaculture innovation, investment and entrepreneurship community
- Manage day to day office administration
**Key qualifications**:
- 0-2+ years of relevant working experience in event management, project management, innovation or similar field
- Self-starter and ability to work independently and proactively
- Comfortable with tools like Google Drive and Slack as well as occasionally working irregular hours
- Flexibility and positive attitude are crucial
- Strong command of English
- Experience in former accelerator, incubator, and/or innovation programmes preferred
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferred
