- 5+ years of professional experience in technology services.

**What you can expect**

Network Service Delivery team, part of Chief Technology Organization (CTO) is responsible for managing Network Vendor Governance, Audit, Risk & Regional Compliance engagements, Contract Management, Service Design & Transition lifecycle, Business Recovery Planning & BAU initiatives. Service Delivery Analyst role within Chief Technology Organization (CTO) functions as an interface between the various teams (Vendor Mgmt., Economics, Risk Mgmt., and Business Mgmt.) to the Network Services.

In this role you will gain an experience working closely with various domains across organization such as Third-Party Management, Sourcing & Procurement, Compliance, Risk & Audit, Legal and Business Controls. Although the role is an individual contributor, there are constant opportunities to work with peers, managers, and the Third-Party Executive.

**What you will do**:

- Knows how to negotiate contracts in accordance with best practices, assists in creating a SOW/SLA, providing clarity, and addressing all business requirements.
- Responsible for tracking and managing the lifecycle of all supplier and maintenance contracts.
- Manages vendor performance aligned to contract, enterprise and business requirements, consistently and assertively holding vendors accountable for performance in all aspects and overall relationship with the Bank.
- Develops deep knowledge of the all processes/services the vendor provides the enterprise, associated risks and their performance in all aspects of providing those products and services.
- Actively identifies and influences opportunities to reduce risk with vendor portfolio (e.g. contract renewals, subcontractor requests, data sharing requests etc.)
- Leverages understanding of business strategy, regulatory environment and/or changes in the market to ensure appropriate engagement and oversight of the vendor.
- Manage Technology risk initiatives, regulatory relationships, risk & audit engagements & reviews.
- Collaborate with regional risk partners to plan the engagement and develop work program timelines, risk assessments, and other planning documents.
- Build relationships with technology stakeholders & Subject Matter Experts to proactively identify issues, ensure networks is effectively driving remediation activities and to continuously improve networks risk posture.
- Ensure the network technology risk management is in compliance with related local law & regulatory requirements.
- Key liaison for onboarding of new services/products to Network Operations, working with global Service delivery team, global & regional technology design and implementation teams, and Project Managers.
- Execute on the team’s knowledge management strategy and ensure all knowledge is discovered, documented and access controlled.
- Coordination and management of existing or new proof of concepts and improvement initiatives by working with multiple functions within and outside of CTO and deliver in a timely manner.
- Develop plans and procedures to implement activities for improvement of quality and efficiency in delivery of Network Services.
- Responsible for ensuring communication transparency to key program stakeholders, sponsors, and champions.
- Responsible for producing monthly performance metrics and reports under organizational reporting.
