Singapore ALBA E-WASTE SMART RECYCLING PTE. LTD. Full time

**The Role**:
You shall asisst the Sustainability Manager in attaining the objectives of the company in terms of increasing the participation rate for recycling E-waste and Cash-for-trash activities.

Some Key tasks include the following:

- Content planning and development
- Help with Marketing & Sales to produce collaterals
- Maintain reports-internal & external -monthly waste volumes and other sustainability initiatives
- Communication with NEA, town councils and other govt agencies
- Management of RVM pilot project, cash for trash and door to door activities
- Management of STEP UP app upgrade and maintenance
- Liaising with contractors handling recycling streams for both PWC and GWC projects
- Developing the ACE volunteer pool and managing volunteers for E-drives, school & community outreach
- Collection & Marketing campaigns with retailers and shopping malls - also onboarding them to "STEP UP" app

**Pre-requisites**:

- Tertiary educated, preferably in Evironmental Science or Social Services
- Experience in community engagement or volunteer programs
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Good coordination and people skills
- Hybrid work style is practised at our Company
