**What the role is**
- As a Manager/ Senior Manager, School Campus (Integrated Facilities Management) in the Infrastructure and Facility Services Division, you will be part of a new and dynamic team that manages the facility services and maintenance of school campuses.
**What you will be working on**
- Develop and manage an Integrated Facilities Management (FM) Term Contract for schools. This includes engaging schools to develop and assess revised FM processes, overseeing FM operations and performance of service providers - Analyse performance indicators to identify potential challenges using data analytics or data visualisation tools and recommend possible solutions to enhance building operations, and schools’ satisfaction and engagement - Manage infrastructure programmes and projects to enhance school buildings such as installation of lifts, energy efficient LED lights and direct-current fans - Review consultants’ design proposals to ensure compliance to project brief - Prepare and administer the monthly progress payments, contractor claims, Purchase Orders, prepare quotations and tenders, check Star rates, assess the performance bonus scores, Final Account and the like - Prepare project budget and seek budget approval - Promote partnerships with schools and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality improvement programmes, building projects and services
