**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategy & Architecture**
- Define the hybrid infrastructure roadmap aligned to business goals.
- Design and lead implementation of scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, edge computing, serverless).
- Maintain standards, best practices, and governance policies.

**2. On-Premise Infrastructure**
- Architect compute (VMware, Hyper-V), storage (SAN/NAS), and network infrastructure.
- Manage services like AD, DNS, DHCP, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
- Familiarity with data center operations, power, and security.

**3. Cloud & Hybrid Solutions**
- Design and deploy IaaS, PaaS, SaaS solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Develop migration strategies (lift-and-shift, re-platforming, re-architecture).
- Handle cloud networking, IAM, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and hybrid integrations.

**4. Automation & Monitoring**
- Drive automation via IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and monitoring/logging solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure performance and availability.

**5. Security & Compliance**
- Enforce security best practices and compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Lead security assessments, incident response, and IAM design.

**6. Collaboration & Leadership**
- Collaborate with development, security, and infrastructure teams.
- Mentor engineers and guide technical decision-making.
- Manage vendors and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years in IT infrastructure; 5+ years in architecture roles.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale on-prem and public cloud deployments.
- Proven cloud migration leadership.

**Technical Skills**:

- **Cloud**:AWS (EC2, VPC, S3, Lambda, EKS), Azure (VMs, VNets, AKS), GCP (GKE, Cloud SQL).
- **Virtualization**:VMware, Hyper-V.
- **Networking**:TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, SD-WAN.
- **Storage**:NetApp, EMC, S3, Blob, GCS.
- **IaC & Automation**:Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Python.
- **Containers**:Docker, Kubernetes.
- **Monitoring**:ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud-native tools.
- **Security**:IAM, encryption, compliance frameworks.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical, self-driven, and able to manage priorities in fast-paced environments.

**Certifications (preferred)**:

- AWS Solutions Architect - Professional
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Google Professional Cloud Architect
- VMware VCP/VCAP
- CISSP, CCSP, or other security certifications
