Key Responsibilities:

- **Sourcing and Purchasing**:Identifying needs, researching and selecting suppliers, and placing purchase orders.
- **Contract Management**:Negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance, and managing supplier performance.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitoring inventory levels, forecasting demand, and ensuring timely restocking.
- **Supplier Relationship Management**:Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
- **Data Entry and Reporting**:Maintaining accurate records, tracking purchase orders, and preparing reports.
- **Administrative Tasks**:Coordinating with internal teams, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth procurement processes.
- Need to maintain the office records of purchase related invoices and maintain in the software.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the office.
- **Record Keeping and Documentation**:Organizing and maintaining office files, both physical and digital, and ensuring accurate records are kept.
- **Office Supplies Management**:Overseeing office supplies inventory, placing orders, and ensuring a well-stocked office.
- **Customer Service**:Welcoming visitors, providing assistance to internal staff and external clients, and maintaining a positive and professional environment.
- **Financial Management**:Managing basic bookkeeping tasks, processing invoices, and tracking expenses.
- **Other Duties**:May include assisting with HR tasks, preparing reports, and other administrative duties as needed.
