- 3年以上のアパレルもしくはF&B業界でのマーチャンダイス経験をお持ちの方
- ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方（社内外のコミュニケーションに必要なため）
- 入社後、日本での研修に参加が可能な方

**Responsibilities**:

- Propose and suggest idea to JPHQ
- Plan strategy (pricing and marketing etc) for local market
- Analyze customers' feedback on product categories
- Analyze information on business environment and merchandising landscape
- analyze product sales, stock turnover rate and inventory level
- Conduct in-depth post-launch performance review for each season
- Visual Merchandise on strategic product display to maximize
- Work closely with Japan HQ regarding new products development
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing team to drive category growth and profitability consumer interest and promote sales for the brand
- Stay abreast of trends. Compile competitive shopping analysis and present relevant conclusions.
- Incorporate findings to impact future product line and development
- Monitoring of stock movement and sell-through
- Any ad-hoc brand management related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- At least 3 years of experience as a Merchandiser in apparel or F&B company
- Fluency in Japanese (JLPT2 and above) is required to liaise with Japan HQ and translate for Japanese staff in Singapore
- Good analyze skill and sensitive to the latest trends in Singapore
- Good communication skill
- Team worker, good interpersonal, flexible and supportive person
