**What you'll do**:
- Support the local supply chain team in ensuring daily orders are placed and uploaded correctly in the system
- Follow up with vendors for the necessary invoice reconciliation and amendment of the purchase orders in the ERP system
- Run daily, ad hoc and monthly reports required by the local team
- Work closely with internal departments in handling their purchase requests, to source, present and follow up with their projects
- To handle machine breakdown requests and assist the local technician as well as fit out team in follow up work
**Requirements**:
- Skilled In Microsoft excel
- Strong work ethic with a desire to learn
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to report in the office daily

- 3 months FT internship (Mon-Fri)
