**DESCRIPTION**
- Assist to lead and manage Litigation Claims operations
- Manage and monitor performance of Litigation Claims team
- Lead and develop team holistically
- Analyze and efficiently resolve third party bodily injury & motor property damage claims in a fair manner and in line with Company’s policies and protocols
- Monitor claims trends and refine controls to detect fraudulent claims to reduce losses
- Engagement with peers, underwriters, lawyers, adjusters & other stakeholders on claims matters
- Drive costs containment in claims settlement in a fair manner & proactively.
- Review accident circumstances and determine parties’ liabilities in claim assessment.
- Audit and review performance of service providers
- Reserving and settlement of claims within authority limit
- Lead and conduct review exercise for claim files.
- Develop and enhance technical knowledge of Litigation Claims team
- Lead and engage in claims projects for the enhancement of system and technical aspects.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- A degree/diploma & possess relevant insurance qualifications
- Independent and fast learner
- Excellent analytic skill
- At least 5 years of team management experience
- Knowledge in local legislations
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking required
- Positive & self-motivated
- Effective presentation skills
