We're seeking a dynamic, multilingual Cashier to join our team and be the heartbeat of our establishment Or are you a coffee enthusiast who thrives in a fast-paced environment where every cup tells a story? We're looking for a talented and energetic Barista to brew up some magic ✨
**Responsibilities (Barista)**:
- Crafting delicious and eye-catching beverages (coffee and tea) with precision and care
- Handle large coffee waves efficiently by optimally sequencing your tasks
- Providing exceptional customer service with a smile
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the coffee bar area at all times
- Minimize wastages, implement effective cost controls, taking inventory & ordering of coffee supplies - beans, milk, cups
**Responsibilities (Cashier)**:
- Providing exceptional customer service in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Operating the POS and handling transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assisting customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and resolving issues
- Multitasking effectively to keep lines moving smoothly during busy periods

**Requirements**:
- Prior barista / cashier / customer service experience preferred but not required
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other language (Mandarin, Malay, French, Italian, German etc)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
- Availability to work early shifts (from 7:30am onwards)
