**Our Client**:
RGF represents a global FMCG brand, one of the world's leading consumer products companies with operations throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia and Oceania. They're actively looking to hire a Brand Marketing Manager to join their team in Singapore.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Lead in the conceptualization & execution of all nationwide marketing campaigns, integrating the use of digital to achieve both marketing & sales objectives for portfolio brands
- Lead in brand activation and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and trial to increase penetration
- Utilize category and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities for annual brand planning process
- Management of advertising spend & nationwide promotional activities alongside with analysis of health enrichment spends
- Collaborate cross functionally working closely with both local stakeholders (external agencies & internal counterparts) & regional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns & promotions
- Lead in the conceptualization of promotional packs liaising with both external and internal stakeholders
- Lead creative agencies to develop communication ideas & working with social & media agencies to bring to live marketing campaigns & new launches for Health Enrichment portfolio
- Artwork management process portfolio for existing range & new product pipelines
- Staying abreast on current health enrichment market environment & gathering competitive intelligence in key campaigns, pricing & product range

**The Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing, Digital Media or Mass Communications
- Minimum 8 years' marketing experience in the FMCG Industry
- General brand management experience
- Background in digital marketing & ecommerce experience
- Strong proficiency in Nielsen, Microsoft Tools. Photo editing skills would be a bonus
- Consumer communication strategy, planning & execution
- Strong communication skills & ability to prioritize with strong management skills to juggle multiple timelines (especially nearing campaigns)
- Ability to grasp consumer insights to translate to tangible actions
- Strong financial acumen - ability to analysis the business and future trends
