**Roles & Responsibilities**

- We are looking for an Associate, to be based in our Singapore office as a member of the Southeast Asia dispute resolution practice. The team is international, multilingual, high-performing and also friendly, including lawyers who are admitted to practice in a variety of jurisdictions including England, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, France, New York, Australia and the BVI._
- You will work as a core member of the team on high-value cross-border disputes including investment disputes, as well as work on major arbitrations throughout and beyond the ASEAN region. Our clients include global and regional investors, multi-national corporations, governments and state-owned entities, whose cases arise in major sectors including energy, construction, manufacturing, finance, international trade, and telecoms._
- To be successful in this role, you should have:_
- _An excellent academic record;_
- _High-grade qualification;_
- _At least 1-2 years of experience working on disputes matters in a private practice environment;_
- _Exceptional communication and time management skills_
- _Self-motivation, willingness to learn and enthusiasm to challenge yourself_
- _Sense of humour and readiness to work collaboratively in a friendly but high-performing team;_
- _Korean language will be an advantage but not essential given existing work for Korean clients (other second languages will also be an advantage)._
