We are also looking for a **hands-on Café Manager** to oversee daily operations. This person must have **experience in baking and barista work** and be ready to step in to support the team when needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage daily café operations, ensuring smooth service and team coordination
- Prepare and assist with baking
- Prepare and assist with espresso-based drinks as needed
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage inventory, supplier orders, and stock rotation
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards
- Handle scheduling, team communication, and basic administrative tasks
- Collaborate on seasonal menu planning and new product development

**Requirements**:

- Prior café management experience preferred
- Must have experience in **baking & barista**:

- Experience with **sourdough, brioche, croissants, or bagels** is essential
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills
- Comfortable working hands-on with the team
- Valid food hygiene certificate
- Dependable, proactive, and customer-focused
- Able to stand for long hours and lift up to 25kg

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- **Closed on Sundays**
