**Roles and Responsibilities**
- To support the development of healthcare informatics projects and manage vendors to achieve KPIs/ service level agreements.
- Support the operationalization of policies, guidelines and frameworks which governs the development and implementation of clinical and health IT systems like Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to learn and understand user’s day to day operations, business needs and system needs, so as to develop user requirements, system specifications and procedures.
- Guide workflow design, content build and testing of the system.
- Develop and maintain the training programs & change management materials for various stakeholders.
- Track programme status, deliverables, timeline and training status to ensure timely availability of data for development, UAT and production. Progress.
- Develop clinical data solutions like reports & dashboards to provide operational and business insights.
- Collaborate with other partners to explore new technology and its relevance to the businesses so as to further advance the use of health informatics.
- Any other duties directed by Business Unit Head/ Operations Director.

**Desired Skills and Competencies**
- Experience in IT Project Management.
- A tertiary degree or equivalent with major in Information Systems/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Engineering.
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience (preferably with 1 year’s team management experience in a healthcare/ healthcare IT setting).
- Relevant IT certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional)/CITPM (Certified IT Project Management) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to manage complex issues and with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and process information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to initiate, deliver and drive to complete projects with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
