We are looking for a Senior Specialist - Ramp Up and Supply Chain Planning for our ATV division to be responsible to secure fast, reliable and cost efficient production Ramp-ups and deliveries for the assigned products.
In your new role you will:

- Be responsible to **secure fast, reliable and cost efficient production Ramp-ups and deliveries **for the assigned products
- **Be part of the Ramp-up team **and be the **main interface between Business Division and **front-end / back-end **factories**:

- **Be the **interface between internal and external stakeholders **to manage new product Ramp-up from product definition to mass production**:

- **Secure **early volumes **and ensure **milestone fulfilment**:

- **Be responsible for **Change Management for **the assigned projects**: assessment & mitigation, change scenario, coordination and implementation, **manage/maintain **Change Database, etc.**:

- **Implement **ramp up/ramp down plan **of the assigned products.**:

- **Optimize **delivery performance **& monitor **delivery commitment **.**:

- **Plan and maintain **target stocks **of the assigned products.**

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain, preferably with **1 - 3 years **working experience in multinational company environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with experience in working with cross-functional teams from different countries
- Pro-active and a strong team player
- Fundamental project management skills
- **Strong data analytical skills, knowledge on data visualization software (e.g. Tableau) & data automation tools will be an added advantage.**:

- Open and willing to travel overseas / internationally
