**Key Responsibilities and requirement**
- Project Planning: Assist in developing project plans, including defining objectives, scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Scheduling: Assist in Create and maintain project schedules, tracking key milestones and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate and allocate resources, such as personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project needs.
- Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating communication between team members, clients, supplier and other relevant parties.
- Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes, to provide a comprehensive project record.
- Task Assignment: Assist in Assign tasks and responsibilities to project team members, ensuring that everyone understands their role and is aligned with project objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential project risks and issues, and assist in developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Budget Tracking: Monitor project expenditures and ensure that the project stays within budget constraints, reporting any variances to the project manager.
- Quality Control: Support quality assurance efforts by overseeing that project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate project meetings, including setting agendas, sending out invitations, and recording meeting minutes.
- Progress Monitoring: Track the progress of project tasks and deliverables, and provide regular status updates to the project manager and team.
- Change Control: Assist in managing project changes, including scope changes, and ensure that changes are documented and communicated effectively.
- Issue Resolution: Help identify and resolve project issues and obstacles, and escalate issues to the project manager when necessary.
- Vendor and Supplier Management: Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring that they meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Client Liaison: Maintain positive relationships with clients by providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction with project progress.
- Lessons Learned: Facilitate the documentation of lessons learned at the end of the project, capturing insights for future projects. Seek opportunities to improve project management processes and contribute to the development of best practices.
