**Job Functions: (BIM Coordinator)**
- Manage in Generating of the BIM Models (Archi, Structure & MEP) and creating the necessary families (Libraries) files and create the respective revit templates according to BCA standard guides.
- Checking the Clashes (soft or hard) for Model Assurance/ Codes Compliant. (Intra
- discipline and Inter-disciplines)
- Generate the Clashes Report, Collaborate & Coordinate with internal team members, Generate the 4D sequencing of the Job when necessary.
- Support and Help the Tender team by providing site utilization, the work sequencing of the Tender Project and prepare the materials for the presentation slides. (2D, 3D & 4D).
- Provide the project team with 3D Sections, Views & Elevations in term of increasing the productivity. Produce the BEP (BIM Execution Plan) for Tender, Construction stages and update.
- Check the discrepancies between structure, architectural and M&E.
- Prepare the structure penetration plans by coordinate and check with M& E Services and structure, architectural Models.
- Familiarity with building, plumbling, mechanical and industry standards
- Strong knowledge of MEP Coordination and BIM processes.
- Responsible for the coordination with site engineers for the preparation of shop drawings and submittals for approvals.

**Job Functions: (BIM Modeler)**
- Overall responsibility for the creation of Revit Model, with necessary information requires, including Construction Sequence simulation and constructability of design.
- Prepare the Tender Drawings of the BIM Model for Architectural, Structural to LOD 300 - 400 using Autodesk Revit Software.
- Prepare the structure schedules such beam schedules, column schedules, wall schedules for Design Progress.
- Prepare the WIP (Work In Progress) such IFC Model, NWC Model, DWG File, Extracted the 3D Model for weekly issue.
- Prepare and check for the tender construction sequences drawing and detailed drawing. Generating RFI for conflicts, clashes and clarifications that need to be resolved.
- Performing Clash Detection of all 3D Models especially CSD Clash Detection using Autodesk Navisworks Manage and resolution activities.
- In-charged for the quality of Drawings extracted for the BIM Model and to Coordinate. Familiar with BIM E-submission guideline for structure, architectural and M&E.
- Prepare the 4D simulation to present for Tendering Stage, Construction Stage as project requirements.
- Materials Take Off and preparation of details Bill of quantities for Structural Works.
- Responsible for the coordination with engineers for installation as per shop drawings.

**Job Reqiurements**:

- Degree in Engineering or other relevant certifications in BIM Applications.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in an engineering or construction company for as BIM Coordinator or BIM Modelers with atleast 2 years COORDINATION exposure.
- Knowledgeable in using BIM softwares such as Autodesk Revit, Bentley and Navisworks for Coordination and AutoCAD.
- Good planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works
- Possess strong initiative, and ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
