Technical Consultant

job description:
1. Participate in technical team work and provide design support for complex systems;
2. Participate in, formulate and implement major technical decisions and technical solutions, analyze, design, review and implement system architecture, and assume responsibility for design quality;
3. Responsible for the medium and long-term planning and upgrading and optimization of the overall system, leading the research of technical problems and formulation of specifications, ensuring the scalability of the system while continuously improving the security, stability and performance of the system;
4. Maintain a certain degree of forward-looking, have a global thinking, and continue to promote the optimization and reconstruction of the system architecture;
5. Guide front-line engineers, organize technology sharing, and promote common progress of R&D team members.

job requirements:
1. Unified recruitment of undergraduate degree or above, solid basic skills in computer science;
2. More than 5 years of experience in Internet research and development, with a good vision of Internet products and technologies;
3. Proficient in Java and object-oriented design and development, and have a deep understanding of Java bottom layer, high concurrency, large data volume, and real-time computing;
4. Be able to grasp the structure of complex systems to ensure the safety, stability and performance of the system meet or exceed the industry-leading level;
5. Strong overall thinking ability, good at analysis, induction, problem solving, continuous learning and summary, self-iteration;
6. Have strong expression and communication skills, work conscientiously, rigorously, and dedicatedly, have a nearly demanding awareness of system quality, have a strong ability to analyze and solve problems, and have a strong sense of responsibility;
7. Experience in the financial industry and experience in high-frequency and low-latency systems is preferred.
