What You Will Achieve
PC1 is part of Pfizer’s Hospital Business Unit (BU) and are responsible for managing the product flow and sales order management from the PGS sites to the end customer.- Main point of contact at PGS site for PC1 contract manufacturing inquiries.- Understand and manage the site capacity and capabilities while delivering customer expected results.- Subject Matter Expert for the PC1 business for all at site queries.- Support and Coordinate the Source Change Request (SCR) and Request for proposal (RFP) process to support all PC1 business opportunities. Work Closely with Business Development, Site Operations and PC1 to ensure the necessary site absorption factor is met
How Will You Achieve It
Project Management:
- Lead and support cross-site and PC1 projects- Represent PC1 at site initiatives to ensure, best practices between Customer and PGS site,- Leverage key contacts to assess impact of new business ventures as it relates to PGS site capabilities.- Liaison with other PC1 Colleagues to ensure alignment of global processes and solutions
Day-to-Day Operations:
- Manage the escalation process with the proven ability to deliver bad news and at the same time maintain strong relationships- Lead initiatives to drive operational efficiency improvements- Prepare and make presentations to higher management to report on projects, achievements, business cases.- Accountable for the strategic site master plan- Participate in and provide guidance during the PC1 operational meeting to review and provide dashboards of metrics that would include site representation and PC1 Account Lead representation- Build and develop new business bids ensuring value realization- Liaise with customer to agree the production, release and supply plan for the financial year as well as the firmed plan for finite period (say 3 months)- Ensure customer delivers key starting materials (KSM) as per the plan- Represent Pfizer Tuas during regular review meetings with customer and work with respective functions to ensure actions are taken in timely manner and in compliance to the service level agreement- Liaise with customer’s quality team to address any quality deviations both ways- Ensure compliance to Manufacturing Supply Agreement (MSA) and maintain it- Represent the site for the Business Review meeting with customer- Co-ordinate / work with any audit’s/visits related to the customer
What are the Requirements- Degree in Business, Engineering or Science; MBA or post graduate degree is an advantage- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain management; virtual plant/contract manufacturing experience an advantage-
- Knowledge and understanding of contract terms in relation to manufacturing models and operations at a regional/global level is desirable- Experience and knowledge of financial operations in a production operation- Experience in strategy development and implementation- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross functional projects- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and collaborate with individuals and groups at multiple levels across the organization including senior leadership of various functional lines across Pfizer Global Supply.- Demonstrated personal leadership, accountability, and organizational skills with proven ability to operate independently with mínimal supervision.- Strong in relationship building and teamwork- Ability to make decisions without all the information- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain management; virtual plant/contract manufacturing experience an advantage
Work Location Assignment- On Premise (Tuas), Hybrid arrangement
