As Senior / Assistant Director, Strategic Planning in Strategic Planning Division (SPD), the job holder will support the Deputy Director, Strategic Planning in leading the development of CDA’s strategic planning approach and organisational strategies; and implement the strategy to achieve its mission and outcomes. The job holder will support the senior management in setting organisational goals and priorities, including setting processes, optimising resources and measuring the organisation’s performance to achieve desired goals. The job holder is required to work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of organisation’s direction and intent.

You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

**What you will be working on**:

- Lead the development and implementation of the organisational development strategy, ensuring alignment with the mission, vision, and values.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic priorities, initiatives, including CDA’s 5 Year strategic plan, and establish Measurements of Success to measure progress.
- Drive the development of actionable plans to achieve strategic objectives, and monitor progress towards goals.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to division leads in aligning their initiatives with the overall organisational strategy.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of a robust performance management framework to track and report on strategic initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
- Involve Board of Directors to leverage board expertise and provide governance for Risk, Finance and Human Resources.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Tertiary qualification in public health would be appreciated.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in strategic planning, organisational strategy, or a related field within the public sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Understanding of public health systems, communicable disease management, and the landscape in Singapore preferred.
- Demonstrated strategic planning skills, with the ability to drive organisational change and transformation.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools and methodologies.
