We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Vice President, Actuarial Services (Par & Universal Life).**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Act as a sub-team lead and report to Head of Participating (“Par”) & Universal Life (“UL”) Fund Management and Experience Studies
- Oversee matters relating to the management of UL business, including but not limited to
- Maintenance and review of internal UL Fund management policy
- Crediting rate monitoring and recommendation
- UL experience monitoring such as surrender and mortality etc
- Preparation of MI, ALCO papers, Board papers etc
- Co-lead annual experience studies with other sub-team leads
- Provide support in other UL related projects such as campaigns, NB crediting rate, strategic reinsurance arrangement etc
- Manage and provide guidance to junior members in the team
- Opportunity to expose to/involve in the discussions and meetings with stakeholders from various departments and senior stakeholders within the organization
Requirements
- Newly/Nearly Qualified Actuary from a recognized Actuarial examination body
- 7 years and above of Actuarial experience, with some experience in Singapore Universal Life fund is preferred
- Good technical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to manage and complete projects within timeline
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently, work well with others as interaction with other departments is required
