Join our team as a Sales Coordinator at Danox Welding Pte Ltd In this role, you'll be responsible for efficiently processing sales-related documents. You'll also play a key role in coordinating delivery schedules, servicing appointments, and providing essential support to our sales team. If you're detail-oriented and proactive, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and process Delivery Orders, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Quotations, & other relevant documents.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and schedule technicians' servicing appointments.
- Provide proactive coordination and administrative support to sales team.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve seamless operations.
- Undertake administrative tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.

**Location**:Blk 6 Marsiling Industrial Estate Road 1, #01-14, Singapore 739275

**Working Days**:5.5 per week (alt Saturday)

**Working Hours**:8.30AM - 5.00PM / 6.00PM (depends on Saturday shift)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience
- Singaporeans ONLY
- Able to start immediately would be an advantage
- 'O' Level or ITE graduates are welcome
