You will be part of the team responsible for managing and implementing exhibition projects and related initiatives to deliver quality exhibitions in line with the National Library Board’s branding and objectives so as to contribute towards NLB’s mission and vision.

[What you will be working on:]
- Lead or assist to lead a cross-divisional or internal project team to oversee the implementation of exhibition projects that integrate the collections of the National Library, National Archives of Singapore and loan collections, as well as exhibitions on digital platforms or in phygital formats. This includes planning of timeline and milestones, allocation and monitoring of budgets and reporting project updates, documentation and communication for publicity and marketing purposes.
- Undertake procurement procedures (ITT, ITQ, SVP, etc.) required in exhibition projects to ensure compliance with NLB regulations and manage vendors to meet deadlines and deliver expected quality of work, including monitoring the progress of exhibition works (design, fabrication, installation) during production phase and de-installation.
- Coordinate loans, transportation and return of artefacts/exhibits and ensure that conservation requirements of rare artefacts are met.
- To oversee maintenance and technical support of permanent galleries, temporary exhibitions and online exhibitions produced by the team in NLB premises and external venues.
- To coordinate future planning and development of exhibition infrastructure, facilities and equipment.
- Liaise with parties seeking exhibition venue sponsorship to facilitate evaluation and recommendation for venue sponsorship requests and communication with other departments in NLB.

[What we are looking for:]
- At least two years of relevant experience in exhibition project management or similar events
- Systematic, meticulous, results-oriented and a team player
- Good command of English and communication skills (writing and speaking)
- Knowledge in design and build of exhibitions; ability to read technical drawings.
- Experience in supervising exhibition fabrication and vendor management
- Knowledge in production of multimedia digital interactives and/or online exhibitions will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of conservation requirements for display of rare artefacts will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with the government procurement process will be an advantage
