As Manufacturing Automation Manager, you will be responsible to understand all the production processes and guarantee the continuous improvement from standardizing their activities to simplifying and eventually breakthroughs in Automation solutions.

**Your Job**
- Coordinate a team of people who work on Automation and Maintenance
- Developing plans to introduce new automation technologies to increase efficiency and productivity levels within the company and to achieve Industry 4.0 standards
- Evaluating potential automation projects to determine whether they make sense from a business standpoint
- Creating detailed plans for automation processes, including what resources will be needed and how long the project will take to complete
- Determine which areas of a business can benefit from Automation
- To oversee the installation of new automations
- To monitor and analyze the KPIs

**Required Qualifications**:

- BS in electrical, mechatronics or mechanical engineering
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience with a focus on automation
- Strong knowledge of fab operations
- Advanced knowledge to optimize AMHS scheduler system
- Proven project experience
- Innovative, business-minded, capable of working well as a team, organized and able to work under
- pressure to meet tight deadline
