The Associate Business Development Manager, Trauma is responsible for defining and shaping short term and long-term strategies and go-to-market solutions that will sustain the growth of our Trauma portfolio.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop launch plans for New Products & Focus Segments
- Provide team with NPI insights, establish new revenue streams and explore new go-to-market models
- Identify key drivers and opportunities for product, procedural and market growth.
- Ensure competitive advantage across the product portfolio
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, regional and global partners for Marketing, Prof Ed and Comm Ed strategies
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Medicine, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering or Biomedical Sciences.
- Proven experience in MedTech/Orthopaedics.
- Sales/Marketing experience of 2-5 years (preferred)
- Team player with good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset & leadership qualities to manage internal & external stakeholders
- Understanding of financial KPIs for CAPEX, A&P & CME budget management
