**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage and implement end-to-end projects through technical, functional, operational design, and maintenance of IT Infrastructure according to project governance.
- Provide guidance as Technical Lead to project team members (including vendor staff).
- Provide timely escalation and resolution of major issues to Management and project stakeholders.
- Face customer’s business and other stakeholders to understand business and IT operational requirements, translate business IT requirements to technical requirements.
- Partner with customer’s planning section to ensure alignment of all platform architecture processes, standards, strategies and roadmap.
- Drive customer’s project and coordinate with internal teams, partners, vendors and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular project reports and documentations.
- Ensure project status and progress are communicated across to all stakeholders, colleagues and contributors in a meaningful manner.
- Work out full-scaled and precise proposal with technical solution team, coordinate and communicate resource and define clear roles with all project resources.
- Clear understanding of PMP and JPAT (JRI PM standard - JRI’s Project management Advanced Text) project management frameworks.
- Work with bank organization and manage vendors to ensure project delivery within the schedule & budget and with expected quality.
- Support on hiring matters such as interviews where required.
- Onboard new joiners to their roles and coach and guide team members on their jobs.
- Manage and motivate team performance, guided by performance management framework.
- Engage team members to identify and support them on their career aspirations and development plans
- Responsible for additional/new project from time to time in response to business requirements.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree with min. 7 years of experience in IT Project Management in a large organization.
- Demonstrate good knowledge and technical proficiency in corporate banking cross border payment area and project management.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
- In-depth knowledge on Project Management and Business Analysis
- Possess project management experience and handled projects of more than USD10 million
- Possess sound banking payment business knowledge
- Proven experience in leading a large team of around 10 people.
- Possess strong leadership, capable of managing stakeholders and maintaining relationships in large scale projects
- Strong team management skills, influencing skills and collaborative team player
- Possess strong and assertive verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese is highly preferred as this role needs to prepare reports in Japanese for reporting to Head Office in Japan. This role also needs to present and communicate with senior stakeholders who mainly communicate in Japanese.
