As a senior business intelligence analyst (I4.0) at Micron Smart Manufacturing and Artificial Intelligence (SMAI) Planning Innovation department, you will be working in multidisciplinary projects with team members from global sites to develop Smart Manufacturing solution through Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to drive maxout and CAPEX efficiency. **Primary Responsibility**
- Provide functional and process guidance on system capabilities in Process Engineering to enable maxout initiatives. Identify gaps, weaknesses, and inefficiencies in solution today to improve wafer move, WPD, and output performance
- Skilled, experienced, and capable to translate process knowledge into project implementation in improving run rate, equipment uptime and process harmonization to achieve higher output.
- Define business solution and propose project for implementation
- Design, integrate and scale solutions that are useful to Micron operation at global level
- Lead projects, drive high value activities that will require the coordination, support, and management of resources from global teams
- Use metrics and performance data to understand opportunities for improvement

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Prior domain knowledge in Process Engineering, Product Integration Engineering, Industrial Engineering, will be advantageous
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Strategically focused, impact oriented, highly organized and adaptable
- Able and willing to travel overseas
- Results orientated with a growth mindset and strong dedication
