Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into databases or data warehouses.
- Ensure smooth integration of data from different systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Optimize ETL processes for performance and reliability.
- Monitor ETL jobs, resolve data discrepancies, and troubleshoot issues.
- Work closely with data analysts, engineers, and business teams to understand data needs.

**Requirements**:
At least 5 years as an ETL Data Integration Developer.
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in IBM DataStage (versions 8.x and 9.x), Unix scripting, and SQL.
Experience with flat files (CSV, TXT, etc.), XML, JSON, web services, and SAP ABAP/IDoc.
Strong knowledge of databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2.
Familiarity with Kafka is a plus.
Willingness to explore new technologies like EAI platforms (e.g., Webmethods, MuleSoft).
Demonstrated excellence in documentation, communication, leadership, and client engagement.
Understanding of the retail industry, particularly in supply chain, manufacturing, and finance, is advantageous.
Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex challenges effectively.
