Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute innovative content strategies that resonate with our audience.
- Create, storyboard, shoot, and edit captivating photo and video content, highlighting the unique atmosphere and culinary delights of our restaurants.
- Collaborate with our PR/Marketing team to ensure content alignment with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Manage content projects from concept to completion, maintaining The Dandy Collection's standard of excellence.
- Stay ahead of digital content trends, bringing fresh and inventive ideas to our brand.
- Participate in regular departmental and cross-departmental meetings.
- Train and share knowledge with internal teams wherever possible to empower them to manage their areas with ad-hoc support.

**Requirements**:

- Background in the hospitality industry is advantageous. Proven expertise in photography and videography, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Strong proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Exceptional storytelling abilities, with a talent for capturing our brand's spirit.
- Self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Energy, enthusiasm and proven experience in producing digital content with best practices.
- Strong team player with great interpersonal skills.
