**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute well-defined sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing technical advice on existing and new products or systems.
- Support sales opportunities through presentations, customer visits, and active follow-ups.
- Ensure efficient service operation coordination between sales and operations teams.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, collaborating with relevant departments when necessary.
- Acquire new customer accounts and contribute to proposal and quotation administration.
- Offer creative alternative ideas to maximize sales opportunities.
- Participate in marketing, advertising, promotional, and publicity activities in line with corporate and product strategies.
- Gather information on market demand, competition, and the latest product developments.
- Conduct periodic sales forecasts and prepare weekly sales/contact reports.

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Marine Engineering.
- Sales experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Possess a Class 3 driving license (own transport preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Outgoing personality with a resourceful, proactive, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
