**Job Scope**:

- Perform staffing activities for clients from various industries
- Perform full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, recommendations to successful placements
- Propose and quote clients on the placement rates for various positions and salary tiers.
- Service existing clients and to source for new businesses
- Established clients rapport and loyalty through service quality
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the recruitment industry
- Achieve Individual & Company sales targets

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma/Degree in any field
- Preferably with CEI qualification. Those without certificate are welcomed to apply.
- Preferably with 1-2 years recruitment and/or sales experience.
