The Investment Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting thorough investment analysis and research across public equity and private credit markets, developing detailed financial models, managing portfolios, and delivering actionable financial insights and recommendations. This role involves close collaboration with the investment team to evaluate potential opportunities and contribute to the execution of strategic investment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive financial due diligence and analysis on prospective projects, providing recommendations to support informed investment decisions.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to optimize returns and support strategic financial planning.
- Prepare detailed financial presentations for both potential and current investors, showcasing specific investment opportunities.
- Compile advisory reports with well-informed recommendations for new investment opportunities and funds to enhance or diversify portfolios.
- Collaborate with fund managers, regulators, and other stakeholders to expand funding access and improve market positioning.
- Conduct in-depth market research and gather industry intelligence to support effective fund management.
- Demonstrate strong fluency in North American languages to support business expansion in North American markets.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in equity and/or fixed income research.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and modelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in North American language.
- Proficiency in financial tools and software.
