**JOB PURPOSE**

This role sits in the Supply Chain function supporting the SEA business region. The primary stakeholders are the Supply Chain leads, as well as their respective operations and planning teams. Your key responsibilities will be to deep dive into large masses of data and generate insights and dashboards on shipment, inventory life cycle and forecast and back order management.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- In collaboration with the Business Intelligence & Analytics team, develop and maintain a reporting suite of reports and dashboards to report on KPIs on a regular basis, including reports on operational and inventory health visibility. There will also be requirements for ad hoc analysis and key metrics as and when necessary.
- Using data and understanding of historical results, provide root cause and statistical trend analysis as well as provide insights and early indicators of future results.
- Evaluate data, risks and processes with a focus on trends analysis, outliers and anomalies, identifying areas of opportunities, developing recommendations for change and driving change i.e. excess & obsolescence risk.
- Monitor mobile device costs by conducting root cause analysis to understand variances and where necessary, collaborate in a cross functional environment to identify and quickly resolve any issues.
- Support backorder risk mitigation metrics by evaluating the SKU replacement matrix, realizing like for like supply opportunities and minimizing obsolescence and excess inventory.
- Provide transparency to the business operations on the cost of inventory (mobile phones) and logistics costs (i.e. overhead costs and shipping costs) with supporting details of drivers/movements within KPIs, holding costs, pricing, yields, turnaround times, capacity planning, etc.
- Support regional supply chain initiatives by interfacing with other supply chain personnel in the business operations.

**QUALIFICATIONS, WORK EXPERIENCES AND PERSONAL COMPETENCIES**
- Tertiary qualification desired, preferably in Supply Chain or Operations or Service Logistics
- Experience in supply chain and/or demand & supply planning is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in managing performance metrics and process enhancement.
- Experience in operations excellence work, such as lean oriented or process automation.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams across different geographies within South East Asia.
- A problem solver. Comfortable to work on complex service issues and develop/recommend solutions
- Ability to work with large amounts of data, so being able to manipulate, comprehend and then summarize this data is paramount
- Technical proficiency in computer system skills is necessary (Power BI, Excel BI, SQL, ERP, Hyperion, DAX)
- Ability to effectively communicate, verbal and written, across all levels of the business
- Able to interact and collaborate well with others
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and to meet deadlines
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to use multiple mediums to convey key messages
- You must be a self-starter and thrive in a fast paced work environment.
