**Pastry - Commis Cook** **(Full-time)** - JOIN OUR VIBRANT & DIVERSE TEAM we're looking for an **energetic** individual to fill the role of Pastry Commis Chef. You enjoy working in a **fast-paced, physically-demanding environment**. Experience in a busy cake shop or central kitchen is advantageous. Fresh graduates from culinary school are welcome.

**Responsibilities**: Prepare orders to provide a great food experience to our guests **To execute recipes according to SOP and quality is maintained to the standards** Maintain a meticulously clean station and kitchen overall **Mise en place** Making sure to maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety **Checking stock levels and ordering supplies** Helping in any area of the bakery when circumstances dictate
**Working Hours**: **5.5 Days including weekends**
